These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WBert, including our website, platform, tools, APIs and related services.
By creating an account, accessing the platform or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
WBert is a backend platform that provides tools for database management, API configuration, OAuth authentication, entity management, dynamic business logic, process execution, email templates, organization settings and usage management.
2. Accounts and Organizations
To use the platform, you may need to create an account using email/password or supported OAuth providers such as Google or Apple. When a new user registers, WBert may automatically create an organization and assign it to the Free plan unless otherwise configured.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or organization.
3. Organization Roles and Permissions
Organization owners and administrators are responsible for managing users, roles, permissions, plan settings and access to application resources.
4. Plans, Limits and Usage
WBert may offer Free, Pro, Custom or other plans. Each plan may include limits related to database usage, storage, API calls, users, email sending, process executions, queue calls, entities, connectors and other resources.
Plan limits may be enforced automatically. If your organization exceeds or approaches a limit, certain features may be restricted until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not violate applicable law or regulation.
- Do not infringe the rights of others.
- Do not upload, store or process unlawful, harmful, abusive or malicious content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, APIs or networks.
- Do not interfere with the security, reliability or performance of the platform.
- Do not send spam, phishing messages, malware or abusive communications.
6. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the content, data, configurations, database definitions, process definitions, templates and other materials you create or upload to WBert. You grant WBert the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, display and operate your content solely for providing and improving the service.
7. APIs and Backend Tools
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing and validating any API, database operation, process or business logic configured through the platform before using it in production.
8. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for configuring authentication, roles, permissions and application settings correctly. Do not share credentials, private keys, OAuth secrets, API keys or other sensitive information with unauthorized parties.
9. Beta and Experimental Features
Some features may be provided as beta, preview or experimental functionality. These features may change, be limited or be discontinued at any time.
10. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party services or events outside our control.
11. Fees and Payments
Paid plans may require payment of fees. If payment functionality is not yet enabled, upgrades or custom plans may be managed manually by WBert administrators.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, exceed permitted use, fail to pay applicable fees or use the platform unlawfully.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You are responsible for evaluating whether the platform is suitable for your use case and for maintaining backups, testing configurations and securing your applications.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBert will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities or service interruption.
15. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services such as OAuth providers, email services, hosting providers, analytics tools or payment providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the platform or website.
